Company History

Headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, AMS has over 200 personnel in sites located around the world. AMS is the global IT support and services subsidiary of ARINC Incorporated, which delivers Communications, Engineering and Integration solutions in several key industries. Leveraging ARINC's 80-year heritage in the aviation industry, AMS was founded to sell IT support services to airport customers, then quickly expanded to include both ARINC and non-ARINC equipment. Today we continue to add new services and capabilities and expand our proven, versatile model into new industries worldwide.
